By day, he's a tax collector, but by night, he's a pimp daddy player. The Taxman is the Chairman of the Solano County Franchise Tax Board, with features other players, like The Auditor, Lt. Liquidator, and The Certified Public Accountant, better known on the streets as CPA. His new album has just been released, More Taxation, featuring the hits Tax Evader, Back Of A Police Car, Pimpin' In V-Town, and Uzi's 'n 40's.
